Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goalsStructure and present deals , working closely with lenders to obtain financing approvalsSupport the sales team during customer interactions, negotiations, and closingsMonitor, analyze, and report on sales performance; implement strategies for continuous improvementMaintain a customer-centric, positive sales environmentStay informed on industry trends, inventory, and financing programsQualifications
