Position Overview :
We are seeking a Cell Operator to join our manufacturing team in Waverly, OH. This role involves operating assembly equipment, performing manual and automated processes, and ensuring the production of high-quality parts that meet our stringent standards. Key Responsibilities :
Equipment Operation : Set up and operate various assembly equipment, including welders, presses, and assembly fixtures.
Process Adherence : Follow Standard Operation Sheets (SOS), Job Element Sheets (JES), and packing instructions to maintain consistency and quality.
Manual and Automated Assembly : Perform manual assembly, welding, tapping, and other required tasks.
Quality Assurance : Inspect parts to ensure they meet required specifications and production rates.
Documentation : Complete necessary paperwork such as start-up checklists, inspection sheets, scrap records, and downtime tracking logs.
Routine Maintenance : Perform light maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Safety and Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to the principles of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Flexibility : Work overtime, including weekends, and travel overnight when required.
Team Collaboration : Contribute to a supportive team environment, interacting effectively with colleagues at all levels.
