Harbor Pointe Dental is a warm, family-focused dental practice in Troutman, North Carolina! Were seeking a passionate and motivated General Dentist to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established one-doctor, two-hygiene setting, where youll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license and help shape the future of the office. This role offers a track to partnership and a $15,000 Sign on Bonus.

As the sole doctor in a supported environment, you'll be the clinical leader of the team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and building long-term relationships with patients.

What We Offer :

Greater of the two : Salary or commission from adjusted production

Booked out RDH schedule and large patient base

Experienced Office Team

Full management support including non-clinical operations, revenue cycle management, marketing, training, financial reporting, strategic sourcing, and hygiene leadership.

What Were Looking For :

Full Time General Dentist

DDS or DMD degree with an active state license

Experience in endo, oral surgery, and implants is a plus
