Overview

Events / Sales Consultant

The Events / Sales Consultant is responsible for selling fun. Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. To hit the ground running, you will need to make quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting efforts, attend chamber and other community events to drive brand awareness and drive event business to the park, have great phone and computer skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the chief point of contact for guests and groups, designing party packages that combine food, drinks, and attractions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations through outbound prospecting.
  • Attend chamber and community events to increase brand awareness and drive event business to the park.
  • Utilize strong phone and computer skills and multi-task effectively to deliver a memorable guest experience.
  • Work with the park team to deliver excellent guest experiences for all groups and events.
  • Represent Urban Air with energy and enthusiasm to communicate the value of our offerings.
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a well-kept, safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as part of a dynamic team environment.

  • Non-typical family entertainment environment with great food, attractions, and events; thousands of people come to have fun!
  • Business casual attire.
  • Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and / or evening shifts during the week.
