About The Position
Join a well-established, high-volume urology service line in a growing regional hub. This opportunity offers autonomy, surgical volume, and a realistic path to work-life balance within a supportive multispecialty setting. The position is ideal for a motivated Urologist ready to step into a busy practice and enjoy procedural breadth and income potential.
Practice Overview
- You'll join a team of 1 employed urologist, 3 independent contractors, and a supportive APP staff of 1 PA and 2 NPs
- Practice model includes clinic, OR, and hospital coverage at a respected 325-bed facility with Level II trauma designation
- Common procedures : vasectomy / reversal, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, orchiopexy, penile plication, kidney / ureteral surgeries
- Surgical tools include 2 daVinci robots, UroNav, Urolift, InterStim, PTNS, lithotripsy, ultrasound, and bladder scanner
Schedule
Typical workweek includes 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and ½ day administrative timeClinic hours : Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pmCall rotation is 1 : 5 (moving to 1 : 6), with post-call nights off and bonus payFlexible scheduling based on surgical preferencesCompensation & Benefits
