Job Description :

Seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing / rehab setting in Fredericksburg, VA. The ideal candidate will assist Physical Therapists in implementing care plans and providing high-quality therapy to residents to help them regain mobility and function.

Responsibilities :

Carry out treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist

Assist patients with exercises, mobility, and activities to promote recovery

Accurately document patient progress

Communicate effectively with the rehab team and facility staff

Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements :

Active Virginia PTA License – Required

BLS Certification – Required

SNF / LTC experience preferred

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #25-35536. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
