Job Description
You're passionate about supporting teachers and improving instructionand you believe STEM education is critical to student success. As the Manager of STEM for Uncommon's Brooklyn High Schools, you'll help shape excellent math and science classrooms by coaching teachers, leading professional development, and analyzing student outcomes. Your work will directly support our mission of preparing every student for college success. In this highly collaborative role, you'll work across multiple school teams to coach teachers to build joyful, rigorous classrooms and drive strong student achievement.

The full salary range for this role is $91,300-$107,400. Typically, new hires who fully meet all qualifications listed in the job description will start at $96,700. Starting salaries below this reflect candidates with less relevant experience or qualifications. Offers near the top end of the range are reserved for candidates who significantly exceed the qualifications, bringing extensive relevant experience and specialized expertise beyond what is listed.
Salary determinations consider relevant professional experience and tenure, both externally and internally, with Uncommon Schools. Because we value internal growth and longevity, current staff members are not subject to salary caps within this range.
