Primo Hoagies Charlotte is looking for individuals who possess a warriors spirit, service-oriented mindset, and a fun-loving attitude. This is a fast paced, high energy work environment. The ideal candidate should have :

  • A positive and outgoing attitude.
  • A willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • A willingness to learn new tasks.
  • A willingness to perform a variety of food preparation duties.
  • Must be professional, polite, reliable, & provide excellent customer service.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • Have a good understanding of all food safety procedures.

    • Job Description :

  • The ideal candidate should be well rounded in a restaurant environment.
  • Must be able to open and close restaurant, open and close the registers.
  • Purchase and properly manage and track all food and beverage inventory, properly train and manage the staff according to brand

    • standards.

  • Work with all suppliers, create weekly schedules, manage time clock, and most importantly be a team leader.
  • Serve Safe Certified preferred.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
