Our client—a clinician-owned ABA agency based in York, PA—specializes in intensive language-focused therapy for young children with autism. They're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)  or Licensed behavior Specialist (LBS)  to join a mission-driven, collaborative team that puts clinician well-being first.

Our client has a reputation for delivering exceptional, client-centered services. With a focus on using play-based strategies, verbal behavior, and natural environment teaching, we are dedicated to helping children acquire language and reach their full potential, primarily serving the littlest learners who need us the most!  Their mission in providing Autism treatment is centered around making the experience as positive as possible for the clients and families we serve.

Competitive Pay & Compensation

• High hourly rates : $60–$80 / hour for direct care, $25 / hour for admin time
• Average annual earnings : $80K–$100K for full-time BCBAs
• Paid non-billable time (data entry, team collaboration, protocol updates)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work with children with Autism and other developmental challenges by creating their treatment plan. You will review, analyze, and develop behavioral health treatment systems and services for certain populations, including individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, consistent with the scientific discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

All cases are medically significant cases that require 35-40 hours per week.
