We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong ability to translate concepts into engaging designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling graphics, layouts, and branding materials that elevate the brand identity of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation : Develop visually appealing designs for various platforms, including web, social media, print, and marketing materials.
  • Brand Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
  • Concept Development : Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with project objectives and client needs.
  • Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs while maintaining project timelines.
  • Trend Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to ensure innovative and contemporary designs.
  • Presentation : Prepare and present design proposals and mockups to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 2 – 4 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
  • Skills : Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), understanding of UX / UI principles and web design, strong typography, color theory, and layout skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
