Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Epic Beaker Analyst with hands-on experience in clinical laboratory workflows, external reference lab integration, and LIS systems. This role supports Clinical Pathology (CP) and Anatomic Pathology (AP) modules and ensures seamless lab operations across internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Beaker workflows, order sets, and result reporting functions.
• Develop and maintain HL7 interfaces with external reference labs, including test compendium mapping, order / result code alignment, and specimen routing rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues in collaboration with middleware teams and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate with LIS teams, lab leadership, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
• Support system upgrades, regression testing, and change management processes.
• Provide tier-2 / 3 support for lab-related incidents and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards in lab data exchange.
• Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
