You will join a multi-specialty team that is an established practice. Be a part of the pain management program by offering appropriate consultative and therapeutic services in psychiatry, neurology, diagnostic imaging, and rehabilitation services.

Base salary $538.000.  Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan ($538,000 - 1.0 FTE).  Internal referrals from over 60 primary care clinicians.  Treat acute and chronic pain conditions and spine related pain by using a multimodal approach that utilizes many methods, including interventional procedures, non-opioid medications, physical therapy, and behavioral therapy..  You will serve two locations one hour apart.  Epic EMR.  501c loan forgiveness qualification, CME, flexible spending, paid malpratice including tail, 30 days PTO, retirement, profit sharing and standard benefits are provided..
