Summary :
IT Client Support Technician providing excellent customer service in a corporate and remote office environment. Will be responsible for on-site and remote support for hardware / software issues.

Working Conditions :
Usually, normal office conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasional travel to field sites and visits to industrial / manufacturing settings with exposure to materials, chemicals, temperature extremes, loud machinery, and PPE requirements.
