Proficient in AutoCAD, WinCC, and Siemens TIA Portal software. Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider) and experience with sensors, control cabinets, and network commissioning. Able to independently perform point-to-point commissioning and troubleshoot issues. Capable of accurately describing technical problems and escalating effectively to supervisors or HQ technical teams for support. Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams. Skilled at capturing customer needs, clearly explaining technical issues, and providing timely feedback. Strong service mindset, quick learner, and effective communicator.
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Delivery Engineer to join our client company in Abernathy, Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on project delivery experience in automation, PLC, HVAC controls, or building automation systems (BAS). This role will be responsible for on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful project execution under the guidance of the project manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system commissioning, interface adjustments, and solution modifications to meet project requirements.
- Respond to customer needs in a timely manner and provide complete follow-up until resolution.
- Collect and organize project documentation and provide required feedback to clients or internal teams according to standards.
- Ensure safety compliance and follow project management requirements, implementing all safety measures on site.
- Support project delivery by coordinating with supervisors, clients, and technical teams.
