Dishwasher

Job Summary :

Washes all dishware, glassware, pots / pans and utensils according to Whiskey Creek standards. Re-stocks all items in the correct locations. Does whatever it takes to help the team provide the highest quality and greatest value to our guests.

Essential Job Functions :

• Accomplishes their job with a positive attitude.
• Checks restrooms, sweeps and mops floor surfaces.
• Scrapes and sprays dishes, glassware and silverware. Places dishes in appropriate racks and runs them through the dishwasher. Then checks them for quality prior to stocking.
• Set-up the presoaking of silverware prior to washing.
• Washes any item by hand as required.
• Controls service ware breakage and silverware loss.
• Stocks all areas with clean dishware, glassware, pots / pans and utensils.
• Empties and cleans trash receptacles on a regular basis.
• Completes assigned back-up duties as required.
• Wears appropriate uniform and maintains appearance according to Whiskey Creek dress code.
