$30,000 Sign on Bonus

Family Medicine Medical Director- Lead a passionate team in a mission-driven FQHC

60% Clinical / 40% Administrative

Outpatient – 16-20 Patients / day

Minimal Call- 1 : 7 phone only

Work in a supportive environment with excellent staff and a collaborative team

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM)

MD / DO

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Experience with FQHC's or in rural medicine is highly preferred
