Position Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support both Hoskinson Contracting and Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of all non-physician positions across both organizations, including administrative, support, technical, and skilled trade roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to attract, screen, and secure top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance for all non-physician roles.
- Talent Sourcing : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate resumes, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Candidate Communication : Maintain regular and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with hiring managers at both Hoskinson Contracting and Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment expertise.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management : Utilize and maintain the ATS to track candidate progress, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Employer Branding : Assist in developing and promoting a positive employer brand for both organizations to attract top talent.
- Onboarding Support : Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
- Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in non-physician recruitment.Experience recruiting for both construction / trades and healthcare administrative / support roles is highly desirable.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledge of local and federal employment laws.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Benefits :
