Job Title : Dental Assistant

Location : Tulsa, OK

Dental Assistant Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 15 AM – 4 : 15 PM

Dental Assistant Position Type : Temp-to-hire

Dental Assistant Pay : $17-$19 / hour

Dental Assistant Job Summary :

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have an active Oklahoma Dental Assistant License along with Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide / Oxygen certifications. This position requires someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys working with both children, adults, and elderly patients in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities :

• Assist the dentist during exams, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed
• Perform coronal polishing and assist with nitrous administration
• Provide patient care and education before, during, and after dental procedures
• Record and update patient information accurately in charts or software
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Support front office staff as needed with scheduling or patient coordination
