We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support our supply chain and operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials, supplies, and products are ordered, tracked, and maintained at the appropriate levels to support business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Track and monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and report shortages
  • Maintain vendor relationships and follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pricing
  • Support the Purchasing Manager and Operations team with data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Collaborate with accounting, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth flow of materials
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support vendor negotiations where applicable

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to problem solve and meet deadlines
