We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support our supply chain and operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials, supplies, and products are ordered, tracked, and maintained at the appropriate levels to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Track and monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and report shortages
- Maintain vendor relationships and follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pricing
- Support the Purchasing Manager and Operations team with data entry, reporting, and documentation
- Collaborate with accounting, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth flow of materials
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support vendor negotiations where applicable
Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (manufacturing environment preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExcellent communication and vendor management skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to problem solve and meet deadlines
