- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least four years of professional work experience that includes recruiting or career development for corporate functions (such as finance, accounting, marketing, sales, operations, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), etc.) or relevant recruiting experience for corporate clients in related functional areas
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and understanding in career fields within business education (specifically within Accounting and Finance; Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management and CPG; Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship; Economics and Information Systems; and MBA and Specialty Master's Programs)
- Experience with resume writing, interviewing and job search skills
- Proficient with web-based resources, spreadsheet and presentation software required (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
- Must be able to provide in-person support of programming / events during office hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and occasional evenings and weekends, less than 10 evenings or weekends a semester
- Master's degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- Demonstrated knowledge of job search and process management
- Experience with pivot tables in Excel for data analysis
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas) and / or Career Services platforms (e.g., Handshake, VMock, etc.)
- Experience working with students in a higher education environment
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective rapport with students, alumni, and recruiters.
