State Tested Nursing Assistant 7p-7a

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist with mobility and transfers of patients
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
