Upstate New York Family Medicine Opportunity

300k+ Salary- $50k Signing Bonus

  • Outpatient-Only Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm, with the option for a 4-day workweek (8 or 10-hour days)
  • Collaborative Care Team : Join 20+ family medicine providers supported by experienced RNs, MAs, and triage staff
  • Minimal Call Burden : Shared outpatient phone call among 17 providers; no inpatient or rounding required (per diem hospitalist shifts available if desired)
  • Generous Compensation & Benefits : $300k+ guaranteed base salary plus RVU incentives, $30K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, up to $20K / year student loan repayment, CME allowance, occurrence-based malpractice, and comprehensive benefits effective Day 1

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical license in New York
  • Interest in managing a broad scope of family medicine patients, including chronic disease, adult medicine, and well-child care (no OB)
