The Elevator Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Godwin Elevator Company, Inc.’s products and services in the Raleigh area. This role demands a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions, and extensive experience in elevator sales.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, property managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in elevator technology.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the elevator industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of elevator systems is required.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
