The Office is seeking an attorney to join its Civil Division to provide legal advice and litigation services to multiple state agencies, including the Public Service Commission, Board of Nursing, Enterprise Technology Services, and licensing agencies. The attorney may also provide additional legal support, review agency rules, and review non-profit dissolutions. Other duties shall be assigned to meet the goals of the Civil Division and the Attorney General's Office.

Additional Information
Salary is commensurate with relevant legal experience. Successful applicants are required to pass a criminal background investigation. This is an at-will position. The attorney will be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Attorney General (Wyo. Stat. Ann. 9-1-608). FLSA : Exempt.
