Overview

Program Manager, Content Excellence Transformation

Our prestigious, well-respected client is seeking a L&D Program Manager, Content Excellence to complement their expanding L&D Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define or execute on already defined program objectives and roadmap strategy
  • Manage day-to-day operations of training programs and support
  • Collaborate with Learning Business Partners and Transformational Capabilities Lead to direct the planning, implementation, and management of projects in accordance with strategic demand plan for L&D
  • Develop program deployment plan / schedule for assigned areas based on demand plan and any ad hoc priorities
  • Liaise with Learning Experience and Enablement team to ensure all activities related to development of content, delivery support, and LMS tasks are completed
  • Track and manage allocated budget for program
  • Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning with Strat Planning & Operations Lead to inform budget needs
  • Manage ongoing program needs and suggest program improvements to further enhance learning program effectiveness and sustainability within Transformational Capabilities capability
  • Review content programs being developed, as needed, to provide subject matter expertise and ensure alignment to business needs

Required

  • 3+ years of project management experience is required
  • 2+ years of learning & development experience is required
  • Ability to create consultative business partnerships and to collaborate with business leaders to ensure superior business results is required
  • Experience managing a budget is required
  • Business experience and industry knowledge to influence company / franchise level decisions and strategies on how best to develop talent required
  • Ability to lead cross-functional work teams is required
  • Excellent project management, leadership, influence management, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills are required
  • Hybrid

    Hybrid opportunity - Requires 3 days in the Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA office.

    Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum maintenance preferred
  • Experience with learning delivery preferred
  • Experience evaluating learning program effectiveness preferred
  • Experience with Leadership Development L&D is preferred
  • Compensation

    The hourly rate for this position ranges from $55.00 to $64.90 per hour. The hourly range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual rate will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
