JOB DESCRIPTION : Hospital in Florida is seeking a BC / BE General Surgeon to join an affiliated practice with 3 physicians and 2 APPs. Practice focus of bread and butter general surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopy. Robotic and MIS training required. Competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits package included. HOSPITAL : This hospital opened in 2013 and is a four-story building with 76 private beds and a six-bed private ICU. Our ED is approximately 19,500 sq. ft. and consists of 31 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad. We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services. COMMUNITY : Conveniently located approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Orlando, this has been one of the fastest growth areas for Central Florida over the past decade. Walt Disney World and Orlando International Airport are both within short driving distances.
