Physical Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (PT - Acute)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1816.00

Oklahoma licensed PT needed for LTAC duties in Tulsa. 8 hr days - 40 hrs guaranteed. The physical therapist will accurately assess, differentially diagnosis, and identify deficits in a patient’s ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. They develop an individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability and work with the individual to prevent the loss of mobility. Oklahoma state license, BLS and 2 years experience required.
