Job Description

As the Project Manager / Estimator - Demolition you will :

• Support and manage demolition / environmental projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Perform takeoffs, create estimates, and assist in bid proposals
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling
• Work closely with senior leadership, including the SPM and leadership partner for the environmental division
• Utilize Procore for project tracking, documentation, and communication
