Responsibilities :
As a Customer Sales & Operations Manager, your key duties will include :
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the paper and pulp manufacturing unit to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business operations.
3. Managing key customer relationships and participating in closing strategic opportunities.
4. Working closely with the sales team to provide operational support and drive sales initiatives.
5. Collaborating with the RevOps team to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and increase efficiency.
6. Analyzing sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
7. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in all operational and sales activities.
8. Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Customer Sales & Operations Manager role should have :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the paper industry.
2. Proven experience in sales support and RevOps in the manufacturing sector.
3. Strong understanding of the paper and pulp manufacturing processes.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage key customer relationships effectively.
6. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to challenges.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. A degree in business management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
