Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage – Oversee projects, cooperate with small teams, and drive successful outcomes.
• Drive Client Success – Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by representing UES's expert services.
• Review & Refine – Ensure engineering analyses meet the highest standards.
• Mentor & Grow – Support a culture of learning to facilitate both personal growth and the development of less experienced staff.
• Get Involved – Engage in opportunities with professional bodies such as the Geoprofessional Business Association (GBA) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
