Work Experience :

Our personnel includes Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Unit Coordinators.

Patient demographics are birth-adult. Rehabilitation services include balance training, fall risk assessment, vestibular, neurological, repetitive use injuries, orthopedic conditions- post-operative and chronic.

Documentation System :   Inpatient : PowerChart, Outpatient : Re Doc

Two years' physical therapy or technical experience : Preferred

Education :

High School Education / GED or equivalent : Required

Associates / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education / related experience : Required

License :

Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of practice : Required

Certifications :

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification : Required
