Job Description

Lead our housekeeping operations with excellence and precision.  Bring passion and dedication to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests and lead team members in understanding the value of their contribution to enriching guest’s lives.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Align with the Director of Rooms to maximize hotel operations.
• Foster an environment that ensures consistency and a high level of guest satisfaction and accountability.
• Strive to improve guest and team member satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet / meeting / conference rooms.
