Textiles Coated International is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Global Marketing Director.
Textiles Coated International (TCI) has proven itself to be first in fluoropolymer capabilities after 30 plus years of manufacturing high-performance fluoropolymer films, laminates, and composites. Our high-quality fluoropolymer materials continuously perform in the most challenging thermal and chemical environments worldwide.
TCI is the recipient of multiple patents and awards, proving our dedication to developing and processing innovative PTFE materials and products. First in fluoropolymer film capabilities for a multitude of industries, TCI provides solutions for applications where material failure is unacceptable. Requirements : RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the marketing team and all initiatives including reviews with Leadership presenting go-to market materials, content, and messaging for TCI products.
- Develop strategic marketing and manage TCI's brand and market positioning strategy.
- Define target segments, messaging and value propositions.
- Create, collaborate and execute strategies to grow TCI’s revenue.
- Collect, organize and communicate qualified leads to sales team members
- Perform analytical and research activities in support of the business development and acquisition, strategic planning, proposal development and / or marketing functions.
- Align marketing strategy with company objectives in partnership with leadership
- Manage Marketing staff members including outside contractors and consultants
- Contribute, as needed, to improve marketing and manufacturing efficiencies
- Oversee use of marketing software technology to drive positive outcomes
- Produces targeted direct selling events
- Evaluate project / campaign results to determine overall cost / benefit effectiveness
- Manage and coordinate tradeshow and industry conference participation globally
- Provide regular reports with data, insights, outcomes and recommendations
- Plans, creates and disseminates information using appropriate distribution channels
REQUIREMENTS :
Extensive experience in high-level systems planning, design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex, and distributed systemsExceptional program management skills and the ability to organize, plan, and execute projectsDemonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilities leading to exemplary resultsExcellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to effectively and succinctly communicate complex conceptsStrong team leadership skillsExceptional attention to detail; ability to combine focus on key responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership over all relevant aspects of the businessEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
MBA in a relatable field such as Marketing or Business AnalyticsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other related field, or equivalent certifications and experienceA minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology-related marketing.
