Job Summary / Company : Our client is looking for a junior Workday HCM specialist to assist with a large project. The selected individual will provide day-to-day operational support within the HCM Core area, including Production bug troubleshooting and resolution, ad-hoc EIB loads, deployment validation, and inquiry support. This position is fully remote, but will be required to work 8am - 5pm eastern time.

Responsibilities :

• Assist team members with weekly releases by providing expertise, testing out potential solutions, and participating in unit testing where needed.
• Support Fiscal Year End cutover tasks and configuration for the HCM Core area.
• Implement HCM Core business process optimization enhancements currently in our active backlog.
• Review triage backlog items and propose potential solutions to help us transition them from triage to active backlog.
• Research, design, and demonstrate new Workday functionality to the team for review and uptake.
