ASAP - Ongoing Need

The first day will be dedicated to orientation and would be on a Monday if that that works out with scheduling / availability

Variable shifts : 6a-6p and 6p-6a 7 days / week with double coverage shifts M-F 10a-10p and Sat-Sun 11a-10p

The locum will typically be scheduled for a 12-hour shift

There is at least one APC in urgent care from 730a-12a there are several overlapping shifts

ED with combined EM / UC at a tertiary level II hospital

Need 2 FTE coverage (1 FTE= 11 shifts / month)

Patients Per Shift : 140 Average

Beds in Facility : 38 combined ED / UC

Facility will accept multiple providers

Hospital Stroke Certified

ABEM required for this location

Board Certified / Board Eligible - Required

ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - Required

Trauma Level II, III

EMR : Cerner
