Description

Security Finance is hiring a Remote Senior Database Administrator!  This position is remote with travel required on a quarterly basis.

As Senior Database Administrator, you can expect to :

• Analyze, assesse, evaluate, and forecast all company data and database requirements, changes, and adjustments
• Implement data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance rules, procedures and codes; ensuring availability, reliability, and quality
• Establish and maintain necessary procedures, tools, processes, etc. to ensure adequate security and control over access to, and use of, company data
• Provide second level technical support to all users of Company database through coordination with Software Development and Help Desk
• Establish and maintain adequate database documentation; enabling planning, diagnostics, and efficient resource allocation and utilization
• Resolve database performance, reliability, replication, capacity, and other distributed data architecture deficiencies
• Design and implement database back-up and recovery methodologies
• Provide direct support to other IS groups through management of data dictionary, scripts, and other related database management support services
