Bag and package feed bags Prepare trucks for loading / unloading Mix and prepare feed by adding a prescribed amount of corn, soybean meal, drugs, and feed ingredients for making desired feed Assist with monitoring inventories to ensure proper ingredients are on hand for mixing. Minimizes excess inventory and out-of-date materials Performing quality control checks on equipment Maintain equipment and facilities Understand and operate automated scale / dump systems Utilizing the mill computer and software Assist with troubleshooting and monitoring software programs Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations pertaining to commodities Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition Conduct regular housekeeping duties such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping and cleaning up spills Occasionally assist with moving fleet around the facility to prep for deliveries Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible Other duties as assigned High School Diploma or GED is required Previous feed operator experience is preferred Previous manufacturing / production experience is preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record is preferred Agriculture background is a plus Some computer and technology skills Good written and verbal and communication Excellent customer service skills Positive attitude and approach to problem solving Self-directed and focuses on taking action Ability to identify objectives and recommend the best solutions Possess a strong set of core values and beliefs Accept responsibility while maintaining integrity Remain persistence and recover quickly from setbacks Strong organization and time management Able to lift up to 55lbs Safety first mindset ALCIVIA Locations : https : / / www.alcivia.com / connect / locations /

Pay : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour ( determined by entire interview process and prior / current experience ).
Pay Type : Hourly, bi-weekly.
Work Location : E6253 628th Ave, Menomonie, WI 54751.
Core Weekly Work Schedule : Monday - Friday; 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, 8-hour shift, with available overtime hours / pay (especially during the fall and winter busy season).
Benefits : Full-time benefit eligibility begins the 1st of the month following date of hire.

Feed Mill Manufacturing Operator Essential Responsibilities :
ALCIVIA is looking for a Feed Manufacturing Operator to manufacture, inspect, test, receive, mix, package, and load animal feed related products in preparation for delivery to members. This position will be responsible for precisely weighing up feed ingredients and medications, while learning other important aspects of the feed mill. In this position may require you to work at all height levels of the feed mill. Responsibilities will include working indoors & outdoors throughout the calendar year.
