Library Specialist

A company is looking for a Library Specialist responsible for delivering information services and supporting academic medical education.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level information services and academic literature searches

Support AAMC initiatives by managing data requests and maintaining accurate service records

Contribute to the operations of the Reference Center and Archives, including budget management and process improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in humanities, library science, or business from an accredited institution

Preferred : Master's degree in library and information science or data science

3-5 years of related work experience

Experience in an academic or special library responding to complex reference requests

Experience with interlibrary loan and digital archive management systems is preferred
