Job Title : Data Solutions Architect

Location : Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid : On-site 1–2 days per week)

Employment Type : Direct Hire

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now, and in the future, without assistance.

Pay : 120-145K plus bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO

We are working with our client in Oklahoma City is seeking a senior-level Data Solutions Architect to join their growing team. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level data architectures while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and mentor IT colleagues, driving best practices across data architecture, governance, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, document, and communicate enterprise-level data architectures for relational, non-relational, and multi-dimensional solutions.
  • Perform data integrations and ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Conduct architecture design reviews and translate business strategy into a cohesive data strategy.
  • Maintain technical and architecture roadmaps, documentation, templates, and standards.
  • Mentor and guide IT colleagues to advance architecture, tools, and quality practices.
  • Partner with security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders via workshops, presentations, demos, and design reviews.
  • Critical Skills / Technologies :

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong data warehousing experience.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Azure, SQL and Snowflake data platforms.
  • Cloud experience with Azure, Fabric, and Snowflake.
  • Experience with ETL / ELT or data integration tools such as Data Factory, Informatica, and DBT.
  • Knowledge of data modeling frameworks such as Kimball or Inmon; Data Vault experience is a plus.
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience leading or collaborating with teams; current team size : 13 direct reports.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
