Location : Brattleboro, VT (HQ) or remote for the right candidate

Our growing service department is looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Service Administrator to help coordinate our techs, manage customer service tickets, and ensure every job runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on logistics, loves keeping things organized, and takes pride in happy customers.

What Youll Do

• Answer inbound service calls and emails from customers, builders, and retail staff.
• Collect model / serial numbers and confirm warranty coverage.
• Schedule service appointments and route technicians by region.
• Enter work orders, parts requests, and notes into our internal system.
• Create and verify invoices making sure parts and labor are always captured.
• Submit warranty claims and follow up on unpaid or rejected items.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, and dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and backup coverage across service areas as needed.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range : $22$30 / hour depending on experience.
• MondayFriday work schedule (full-time hours).
• Work-from-home flexibility available for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable with phones, email, and light tech tools (training provided).
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of appliances, HVAC, or trades is a plus but not required.
