LP Property Assistant

The LP Property Assistant provides administrative support to 3-4 LP Property Managers; in addition to clerical duties, you will be called upon to engage and assist with low-income & supportive individuals we serve. This staff member cultivates and maintains a network of resources / information to support cashflow and minimize homeless recidivism.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Access / Shutdown Notices
• Maintain Yardi System for Entire Portfolio- send weekly reports to respective PM
• Create / Produce Welcome Packets for New Movins
• Create / Circulate Monthly Newsletter
• Communicate with Intake Department- Produce / Maintain Vacancy report as advised by respective PM on readiness
