Job Description

Lead a group of sales and account management professionals to new heights

Daily Duties :

  • Hire / Train / Onboard new LSPs
  • Prepare daily metrics : Calls / quotes / binds / Talk Time
  • Prepare Daily meeting / Huddle
  • Daily coach to results
  • Monitor calls : 5-10 call feedback forms per week for low performers
  • Performance Management : Weekly / Monthly scorecards and coaching delivered to improve results. Action plans for staff not meeting minimum criteria
  • Ensure daily goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of insurance agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Guiding and mentoring a sales team to optimize performance while ensuring they have the resources and support they need to thrive.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability within the agency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in insurance products and services.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members, recognizing successes and addressing challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Providing exceptional insurance solutions tailored to our clients' diverse needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and changes to provide relevant insights and guidance to the team and clients.

    • Requirements

    Training and Sales Leadership leading a team of sales professionals.

    Demonstrate ability to organically grow Sales Team and show results.
