You should be passionate about animals, enthusiastic about helping people, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where empathy, communication, and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities :

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications
• Handle phone inquiries and triage basic questions
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
