Facility / Safety Manager

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Facility / Safety Manager to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO.

Position Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment.
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.
• Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems.
• Oversee cleaning, repair and maintenance of contractor equipment.
• Initiate an active campaign on safety measures.
• Evaluate the work quality of staff and other subordinates.
• Participate in preparing company facilities maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate / communicate with the upper management on work issues.

Position Requirements :

Preparing statistical and analytical reports.
