LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist for a contract-based project for a manufacturing company in Duluth, GA. This fully on-site role will focus on organizing and compiling invoice data for international processing, ensuring high accuracy in a multi-stage invoicing process. This project is critical to supporting the company’s global operations and will require strong organizational and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Compile, organize, and review invoice data for accuracy and completeness.
- Work within the company’s CRM system (currently using 360 CRM), ensuring all relevant client and billing information is captured correctly.
- Use Microsoft Excel to manage, track, and manipulate invoicing data across multiple stages of the process.
- Account for variations in tariff coverage among clients, ensuring invoice accuracy accordingly.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to finalize invoices for submission.
- Prepare invoice files to be sent to the company's finance team in Italy for processing.
- Ensure documentation is consistent, timely, and aligned with internal standards.
- No collections or follow-up with clients is required—this role is purely invoicing-focused.
Qualifications :
Experience with CRM platforms is required; familiarity with 360 CRM or similar systems is strongly preferred.Advanced Excel skills are a must, including data entry, formulas, sorting / filtering, and managing spreadsheets.High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial documentation.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a structured environment.Previous invoicing or billing experience preferred, especially in a multi-step or international billing process.Job Type :
