Location : 8843 S 137th Circle, Omaha, NE

Pay : $17–21 / hour (based on experience)

Status : Full-Time – On-Site

Position Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Appearance Specialist to join our team at our Omaha location. This role is responsible for performing high-quality interior and exterior detailing on our company fleet vehicles to ensure they are always in pristine, professional condition. All supplies and tools are provided.

Essential Functions of the Role :

  • Perform full-service detailing including washing, waxing, polishing, and buffing of exterior surfaces
  • Vacuum carpets and seats, shampoo upholstery, and clean / sanitize all interior surfaces
  • Clean windows, dashboards, vents, and door jambs to a showroom-quality finish
  • Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure they meet quality expectations
  • Maintain an organized work area and ensure detailing supplies are stocked and properly stored
  • Safely move vehicles on-site as needed

Other Responsibilities :

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Adhering to AlffCo values and professionalism
  • Weekends / nights may be required

    • Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Prior professional vehicle detailing experience is required — applicants without verifiable detailing experience will not be considered
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with professional detailing equipment, tools, and cleaning products
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work indoors and outdoors
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
