Alarm & Access Control Systems Integrator (Lenel / Bosch / DMP)
Picture your day : you roll out to a client site with a company vehicle, verify network paths, and bring a new Lenel or DMP alarm panel online while integrating Bosch sensors, access control readers, and cameras. By afternoon, you’re completing preventive checks, updating documentation, and advising a site manager on best practices for video and nurse call systems. You close the day confident that everything is safe, compliant, and performing at its best.
What You’ll Do
- Install, program, and service low-voltage platforms : security alarm panels (Lenel, Bosch, DMP), access control, video surveillance, structured cabling, nurse call, and related wiring.
- Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to meet safety, quality, and local code requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across alarm panels, sensors, cameras, and peripherals to minimize downtime.
- Integrate systems with network infrastructure, monitoring applications, and remote tools for seamless operation.
- Partner with clients, trades, and contractors to capture requirements, provide technical direction, and deliver to spec on multidisciplinary projects.
- Keep precise records of installs, service tickets, system configurations, and project steps.
- Follow safety procedures and industry standards (including NFPA for fire alarms) and uphold company policies on every site.
- Coach junior technicians and end users on operation, care, and best practices.
- Stay current on new tech, standards, and features to drive continuous improvement.
- Operate independently or within a team with minimal supervision on complex scopes of work.
Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification, associate degree in electronics / electrical systems, or Bachelor’s degree preferred.3+ years of field experience with low-voltage installation and service (structured cabling, video surveillance, access control, nurse call, and alarm systems).Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring, network protocols, IP security systems, and system integration.Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) plus strong written and verbal communication.Consistent, professional customer service and demeanor.Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; Security License required.Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications (e.g., NICET, state licensing).Fluency in English (required).Willing to travel up to 50% regionally and out of state (expenses and per diem covered by Caspian).Preferred Skills
Lenel, Bosch, and DMP certifications.Hands-on experience with CCTV, intercoms, fire alarm systems, and other low-voltage technologies.Knowledge of NFPA codes and advanced troubleshooting in integrated environments.Physical Requirements
