Location : Indianapolis, Indiana

🔨 Salary :

  • Base Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
  • Bonus Structure : $20,000 - $40,000

🔨 Position Overview :

United Trades of America is a labor contractor focused on skilled trades within the construction industry. We supplement a client's core staff with our quality skilled tradesmen on an as-needed basis. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for a Roofing Restoration Company. This role requires hands-on leadership, driving sales team performance, and creating KPIs to meet revenue goals.

🔨 Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 6 to 10 sales representatives
  • Develop and implement KPIs for sales personnel
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to provide coaching and performance feedback
  • Participate in field activities with sales personnel
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in the roofing or construction industry preferred
