Your days wil be peaceful as we normally send one helper along to help with the heavy lifting and safety aspect.

What you will be doing :

• Help Diagnose and Repair Roofs
• Perform Roofing Repairs : Inspect and repair minor issues including leaks, torn shingles, and small patches.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety procedures (OSHA, company guidelines) and use personal protective equipment properly.
• Maintain Worksite Cleanliness : Keep the job area free of debris, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely.
• Document and communicate with team and customers

What you will bring :

• Experience in roofing including all penetrations , flashing, etc. (We will teach our methods)

Pay : From $25 - $35 Hr + Time and a half

Experience :

• Roofing : 3 years (Preferred)
