As an Estimator, you will turn blueprints and project details into accurate, competitive bids that drive our success. You will balance precision with speed, communicate clearly and directly, and maintain focus when priorities shift. Independent and detail-driven, you will spend much of your time deep in numbers and plans, while also stepping in as a valuable teammate when collaboration is needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare accurate estimates for landscaping, irrigation, and construction projects.
  • Review job sites, blueprints, and specifications to ensure no detail is missed.
  • Work with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and quality.
  • Assemble job packages with materials, drawings, schedules, and production rates.
  • Share value-engineering ideas that strengthen our bids.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams for smooth project handoffs.
  • Manage shifting deadlines, priorities, and demands while maintaining accuracy.

    • Who You Are

  • Analytical and precise, with strong math and problem-solving skills.
  • A clear, direct communicator who can explain details simply.
  • Driven and competitive, with the ability to meet fast-moving deadlines.
  • Calm under pressure and resilient when priorities change.
  • Independent but adaptable when collaboration is needed.
  • Experienced with 3–5 years of commercial landscaping estimating.
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or Construction Management preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license required
